Do we accept ​Financial Aid?

We understand that financing your education is an important consideration. As a private beauty school, we offer flexible payment plans to accommodate your financial needs. Our payment options include:

  • Weekly Payment Plans: Payments are due every Monday, allowing you to manage your tuition costs on a regular, predictable schedule.

  • Bi-Weekly Payment Plans: For those who prefer less frequent payments, we offer bi-weekly payment arrangements to fit your budget.

These payment plans are designed to provide you with the financial flexibility you need to successfully complete your education without undue financial stress.

Do I need a Diploma or GED to enroll?

No, you do not need a diploma or GED to enroll at Top Secret Beauty Spa & Academy. However, we do accept diplomas if you have one, as they can be beneficial for certain state board exams. Our programs are designed to be accessible to all students, providing the necessary training and preparation for a successful career in the beauty industry.

Do we offer full-time and part-time flexible schedules?

Yes, we do!  We understand that flexibility is key for many of our students. We offer both full-time and part-time schedules to accommodate your individual needs. Our classes are available Monday through Wednesday, allowing students to choose a schedule that best fits their personal and professional commitments. Whether you're balancing work, family, or other commitments, our flexible hours are designed to help you succeed without compromising your personal responsibilities.

What is included in the cost of the program?

The tuition and enrollment fee agreement at Top Secret Beauty Spa & Academy cover all the essentials needed for a successful educational experience.

This includes:

  • Digital Curriculum Book: Access to comprehensive online resources and textbooks.

  • Clinical Kit: A fully equipped kit containing all necessary tools and materials for practical training.

  • Uniform: Your standard uniform for daily classes and practical sessions.

  • ID: A student identification card for academy access and identification.

  • Lab Coat or Apron: Provided for protection during hands-on training sessions.

Note: The cost does not include the state board kit or the fees for the written and practical exam payment. Students will need to arrange these separately to complete their certification process.

Do we offer online or remote learning for all programs?

Yes, we offer hybrid programs that combine online learning with in-person and hands-on training. This flexible approach allows students to benefit from the convenience of remote study while gaining practical experience through traditional classroom settings. Our hybrid programs are designed to accommodate diverse schedules and learning preferences, ensuring a comprehensive educational experience in the beauty industry.

Do we have a uniform requirement?

At T.S.B.S.A., we uphold a strict uniform dress code that represents and unifies us as professionals. This policy sets us apart from other schools and helps cultivate a professional image. Our uniform requirements include:

  • Dress Code: Students must wear the designated uniform at all times while on campus and during practical sessions. This includes a professional top, pants, and closed-toe shoes, all in accordance with the academy's color scheme and style guidelines.

  • Appearance: Personal grooming and hygiene are essential. Hair should be neatly styled, and minimal, professional makeup is encouraged to maintain a polished appearance. Jewelry should be kept to a minimum to ensure safety and professionalism.

  • Compliance: Adherence to the uniform policy is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, as it is crucial to present a unified and professional image to clients and peers.​

Do our school include a clinical kit with the program?

Yes, we do include a  clinical kit for each of our desired programs. Each kit is tailored to the specific needs of the program, providing students with the necessary tools and materials to succeed in their beauty education. This ensures that you have everything you need from day one to fully engage with the course content and practice your skills effectively.

Do we accept transfer students?

Yes, Top Secret Beauty Spa & Academy does accept transfer students. To facilitate the transfer of hours earned at a previous institution, the following requirements must be met:

  1. Required Documentation: Students must ensure that all necessary documentation from their previous school is submitted to us, detailing the hours completed.

  2. Settlement of Balances: Any outstanding financial balances owed to your previous school must be settled in full. Unpaid balances may prevent the transfer of your hours, requiring you to start anew with us.

  3. Verification and Evaluation: Once documentation is received, it will be verified, and the transferred hours will be evaluated to ensure they meet our curriculum requirements. Additional coursework may be needed to align with our program standards.

What are our classroom hours?

Do we accept Texas Workforce Commission

Yes, Top Secret Beauty Spa & Academy is proud to accept students who receive educational funding through the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Vocational Rehabilitation program. This program is specifically designed to assist individuals with disabilities in preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining employment by providing financial support for educational pursuits.

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
